no caloric deficit · just clean eating + lifting 4x/week.

what i noticed

deep sleep increased ~20% per oura · this is the CJC/ipa kicking growth hormone.

midsection composition shifted · less soft, more shape, without losing weight.

skin · the part nobody talks about. CJC/ipa elevates IGF-1, which feeds dermal fibroblast collagen synthesis. my skin texture week 6 was insane.
